Our Pro Resistance Bands Set includes 5 levels so you can progress over time. Beginners typically start with Level 2 (20 lbs), intermediate athletes with Level 3–4.

Measure your waist circumference at the navel, not your jeans size. Our 6" Powerlifting Belt is available in S (26–30"), M (31–35"), L (36–40") and XL (41–45"). The belt should fit snugly when you inhale deeply and brace — you should be able to fit two fingers underneath when relaxed.
